When your pet isn’t feeling well, waiting days for an appointment isn’t always an option. Our team offers same-day urgent care appointments during regular business hours to help address unexpected illnesses or injuries.



While we are not a 24-hour emergency hospital, we are often able to evaluate and treat many urgent medical concerns during the day.

What We Can Treat

Our veterinarians can evaluate and treat many common urgent health concerns for dogs and cats, including:

  • Vomiting or diarrhea
  • Ear infections or eye issues

  • Skin infections, itching, or allergic reactions

Urgent care visits are typically same-day appointments during our regular hours. In some cases, pets may be admitted for observation or treatment during the day.



Because urgent care cases vary, we recommend calling ahead so our team can assess availability and help determine the best next step for your pet.

When to Go to an Emergency Hospital

Some situations require immediate emergency care or overnight monitoring that general practices are not equipped to provide.

Please seek care at a 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital if your pet is experiencing:

  • Difficulty breathing
  • Collapse or inability to stand
  • Seizures
  • Severe trauma (hit by car, major injury)
  • Uncontrolled bleeding
  • Suspected toxin ingestion
  • Bloat or severe abdominal swelling

If your pet is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please go directly to the nearest emergency hospital.

Urgent care appointments are available during our regular hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
  • Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm

If you are unsure, it’s always best to contact us. Our team can help you decide whether your pet should be seen right away or if monitoring at home is appropriate.

Bring any relevant medical records, a list of medications your pet is taking, and details about when the symptoms started. This helps us assess your pet more quickly and accurately.
