Services

From your puppy’s first visit to your senior dog’s comfort care — and every checkup, dental cleaning, and urgent question in between — we’re here for every chapter of your pet’s life. With our new diagnostic equipment and expanded capabilities, we bring together the latest in veterinary medicine and the kind of unhurried, personal care you can’t find at a clinic that books 10 to 20-minute appointments.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

We know caring for your pet can raise questions, especially when it comes to appointments, medications, and what to expect during a visit. This section covers some of the most common questions we hear from our clients, with clear answers to help you feel prepared and confident.

Every appointment is 30 minutes — not 10, not 15. We built our schedule this way intentionally, because good veterinary medicine requires time. Time to examine thoroughly, time to answer your questions, and time for your pet to feel comfortable with us.

No — and that’s intentional. We’re independently owned by Dr. Hannah Gum and her husband Brian. That means every clinical decision is made by the doctors in the room with your pet, guided by medicine and your family’s needs — not a corporate protocol.

Absolutely. We love meeting the junior veterinarians in your family. Whether your child has questions about how a stethoscope works or just wants to be there for their furry best friend, we make space for the whole family.
