Our Team

Dr. Gum brings extensive veterinary experience to Toluca Burbank, most recently as a veterinarian at Studio City Animal Hospital. She graduated from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine and completed an intensive small animal medicine, surgery, and critical care internship in San Diego. Dr. Gum has a special interest in ophthalmology, cardiology, nephrology, dermatology, and internal medicine. Raised in Glendale, she’s thrilled to serve the community she calls home. Dr. Gum is a mom to two boys, an exuberant golden retriever, and a black cat.

Dr. Marienthal-Skaar has been the heart of Toluca Burbank Dog & Cat Hospital for over three decades. A founding member of the Humane Society Veterinary Medical Association, she has dedicated her career to compassionate animal care and community education. Dr. Marienthal-Skaar continues to see patients and mentor our veterinary team, ensuring the same trusted care her clients have relied on for years.

Dr. Levitt is a dedicated small animal veterinarian at Toluca Burbank Dog & Cat Hospital with deep roots in comprehensive pet care. She earned her veterinary degree from the University of California, Davis and has spent many years serving the Burbank community with compassionate wellness, internal medicine, and preventative care. Dr. Levitt is known for her thoughtful approach and genuine commitment to the health and well being of every pet she treats.
